You should receive a response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the return / exchange is approved, please package the item or items appropriately and include a copy of the original invoice and/or a note explaining what the issue is. Products must be new and unused in their original packaging, unless defective. Include your address and daytime phone number.
CGW is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur in transit to us. If any of the aforementioned occurs, you will need to file a claim with the shipping service that was used.
