These terms of use are entered into by and between you and Cajun Gun Works, LLC (“Cajun Gun Works,” “we,” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of the Cajun Gun Works website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Cajun Gun Works website (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Services. By using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, found at https://cajungunworks.com/privacy-policy/, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO BRING A CLASS ACTION AGAINST US. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THAT ARBITRATION CLAUSE, YOU AND CAJUN GUN WORKS AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU AND CAJUN GUN WORKS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR DISPUTE DECIDED BY A COURT OR JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
The Services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (1) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Cajun Gun Works and are authorized to view content related to firearms, and (2) if you represent a company, you have the authority to legally bind such company to these Terms of Use. By placing an order on the Services, you further represent and warrant that you are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or firearm components, and that you have obtained all necessary permits, licenses, or other legal authorizations required to purchase or receive the products in your order. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. While we will provide notice of material changes in accordance with applicable law, all other changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in Governing Law and Arbitration will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice before the date the change is posted on the Services.
Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
All purchases through our Services or other transactions for the sale of goods or services formed through the Services, or resulting from visits made by you, are governed by these Terms of Use.
Additional terms and conditions may also apply to specific portions, services, or features of the Services, including, without limitation, those set forth in our Restriction Statement, available at: cajungunworks.com/restrictions/. All such additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by this reference into these Terms of Use.
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms of Use, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between Cajun Gun Works and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email. You may not cancel your order once you have placed it.
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Services are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however, we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Use, the promotion terms will govern.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Services at the time of your order.
Upon completion of a project on your firearm, you shall be notified, and full payment will be required at that time. If full payment is not received within thirty (30) days of project completion notification, the firearm will be sold to recover costs incurred by Cajun Gun Works. No subsequent reimbursement will be forwarded to the non-paying customer.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
All items purchased from Cajun Gun Works are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. In the event your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Once the carrier takes possession of the shipment, Cajun Gun Works is no longer responsible nor liable for the shipment.
In the event your shipment is delivered to an incorrect address, please contact us via email to begin a claim.
Except for any products designated on the Services as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase (including a copy of the Cajun Gun Works original invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number) and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must obtain a RMA number before shipping your product. Please see “Returns” on our website homepage to initiate a return and to obtain a RMA number. You can also review our “Returns” guidelines listed in our website FAQs. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. We ask that you also please indicate the reason for return, the quantity returned, and if you are requesting a replacement, warranty (pending inspection), or refund. No replacement, warranty, or refunds will be provided without this information clearly indicated.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Services. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE SERVICES AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Notwithstanding the above, no replacement, refund, or warranty will be provided if the parts have been installed, altered, or modified in any manner. There are no exceptions to this policy.
You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Services for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. You further represent and warrant that all purchases are intended for final delivery to locations within the United States.
Cajun Gun Works has the right to terminate a sale or refuse to sell parts to any potential buyer if the buyer intends to misuse, alter, modify, or install the part(s) in any application for which the part(s) is not intended. Cajun Gun Works shall have the sole discretion to refuse to sell any item to any buyer for any reason at any time.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SERVICES AND DESIGNATED AS SO WARRANTED BY CAJUN GUN WORKS WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
WE ALSO WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE SERVICES PURCHASED FROM THE SERVICES AND DESIGNATED AS SO WARRANTED BY CAJUN GUN WORKS WILL BE PERFORMED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH GENERALLY RECOGNIZED INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR SIMILAR SERVICES.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, RE-PERFORMANCE OR REFUND AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. NEITHER ANY PERFORMANCE OR OTHER CONDUCT, NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT, OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products and services from the Services. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product or any transferee or other beneficiary of the Services.
This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period (as defined below) defects in materials and workmanship in products and services purchased from the Services.

This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for twelve (12) months, unless otherwise indicated by Cajun Gun Works in writing (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or re-perform a warranted Service. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge, or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products.
With respect to any defective Services during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or re-perform the defective Services free of charge, or (ii) refund the purchase price of such Services.
To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a RMA number. No warranty service will be provided without a RMA number. Please see “Returns” on our website homepage to obtain a RMA number.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services, and any service or material we provide on the Services, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Services is unavailable at any time or for any period. The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Cajun Gun Works, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL FIREARMS, FIREARM PARTS, AND TOOLS CAN BE DANGEROUS IF HANDLED, INSTALLED, OR USED IMPROPERLY. IMPROPER USE, MODIFICATION, ASSEMBLY, OR STORAGE OF FIREARMS CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY, OR DEATH. THE GUIDANCE PROVIDED ON THE SERVICES IS GENERAL IN NATURE, MAY NOT APPLY TO YOUR SPECIFIC FIREARM MODEL OR SKILL LEVEL, AND SHOULD NEVER REPLACE CERTIFIED TRAINING, MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS, OR CONSULTATION WITH A LICENSED GUNSMITH. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OF USE AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, CAJUN GUN WORKS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CAJUN GUN WORKS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THEM, OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
BY ACCESSING THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY BE WAIVING RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS THAT ARE AT THIS TIME UNKNOWN OR UNSUSPECTED, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH WAIVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE, THE BENEFITS OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA, AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cajun Gun Works, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Services’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
We make no representation that the Services, or any content, products, or materials available on or through on the Services, are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk. If you choose to access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. Any offer for any product, service, and/or information made in connection with the Services is void where prohibited.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of laws principles. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY CONTROVERSIES, CLAIMS OR DISPUTES ARISING BETWEEN YOU AND CAJUN GUN WORKS, WHETHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, WHETHER ARISING BEFORE OR AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THESE TERMS OF USE, MUST BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. THIS INCLUDES ANY AND ALL DISPUTES BASED ON ANY PRODUCT, EQUIPMENT, SERVICE OR ADVERTISING PROVIDED BY CAJUN GUN WORKS. ADDITIONALLY, THE PARTIES AGREE NOT TO PURSUE ARBITRATION RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE ON A CLASS-WIDE BASIS. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE WILL BE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND CAJUN GUN WORKS (NOT BROUGHT ON BEHALF OF OR TOGETHER WITH ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL’S CLAIM). SUCH ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES AND MEDIATION PROCEDURES, INCLUDING WITH REGARD TO THE SELECTION OF THE ARBITRATORS, AT A LOCATION TO BE AGREED UPON BY THE PARTIES. SUCH ARBITRATION SHALL BE BINDING UPON BOTH YOU AND CAJUN GUN WORKS. THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATORS SHALL BE FINAL, AND JUDGMENT MAY BE ENTERED UPON IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF. THE PARTIES FURTHER AGREE THAT THE PREVAILING PARTY IN SUCH ARBITRATION SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER THE COSTS OF SUCH ARBITRATION FROM THE OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES. THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE SHALL BE SPECIFICALLY ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, CAJUN GUN WORKS AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT, TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE YOUR CASE, OR TO BE A PARTY TO A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, MULTIPLE PLAINTIFF, OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you and Cajun Gun Works are not required to arbitrate: (1) any dispute in which either party seeks equitable relief for alleged unlawful use of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, trade secrets, or patents, or (2) individual claims brought in small claims court so long as the matter remains in such court and advances only on an individual (non-class, non-representative) basis.
If you are an individual, you may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of the first of the date you access or use the Services by following the procedure described below.
You may opt out of the arbitration and class actions waiver set forth above by sending a written notice of your decision to opt out in accordance with this section. If you do so, neither you nor Cajun Gun Works can force the other to arbitrate. To opt out, you must notify Cajun Gun Works in writing no later than thirty (30) days after first becoming subject to these Terms of Use. Your notice must include your name and address, the name and the email address you used to set up your account for the Services, if applicable, and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out of this arbitration. Send your notice to: 197 Parkway Circle, West Monroe, LA 71292. In the event of a dispute between you and Cajun Gun Works, to invoke your opt-out right, you must retain a copy of your opt-out notice, as well as proof of mailing of your opt-out notice within the prescribed period.
If you elect to opt out, each of you and Cajun Gun Works irrevocably (i) consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the State of Louisiana in connection with any matter arising out of these Terms of Use, (ii) waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, (iii) agrees not to commence any legal proceedings related hereto except in such courts, (iv) consents to and agrees to accept service of process to vest personal jurisdiction over it in any such courts and (v) waives any right to trial by jury in any action in connection with these Terms of Use.
This section may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Changes to the Terms section of the Terms of Use. If you did not opt out of mandatory arbitration as provided above, you may reject any change we make to this section by sending us notice within thirty (30) days after first becoming subject to the amended Terms of Use. Send your notice rejecting changes to this section to: 197 Parkway Circle, West Monroe, LA 71292. In the event of a dispute between you and Cajun Gun Works, to invoke your right to apply an earlier version of this section, you must retain a copy of your rejection notice, as well as proof of mailing of your rejection notice during the period of time in which you intend to pursue any claim. Cajun Gun Works reserves the right to make additional amendments to this section. If you wish to reject additional changes to this section, you must notify us in accordance with this section for each change in accordance with the terms hereof.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
No provision in these Terms of Use shall apply to any consumer in New Jersey if the provision limits remedies for (i) negligence, (ii) products liability claims, (iii) the punitive damages laws, (iv) the New Jersey Uniform Commercial Code, or (v) failure to reasonably protect against harm arising from certain criminal acts of third parties (e.g., computer hacking and identity theft). The provisions of these Terms of Use concerning the exclusion or limitation of certain damages are not applicable in New Jersey with respect to statutory damages, punitive damages, loss of data, and loss of or damage to property. Cajun Gun Works reserves all rights, defenses, and permissible limitations under the laws of New Jersey and under the laws of your state of residence.
We use and rely upon electronic records and electronic signatures for the execution and delivery of this Terms of Use and any other agreements, undertakings, notices, disclosures or other documents, communications or information of any type sent or received in accordance with these Terms of Use and in performing our obligations and exercising our rights under these Terms of Use. Neither you nor Cajun Gun Works will prevent or inhibit in any way the other party from printing, saving, or otherwise storing electronic records sent or otherwise made available to the other party. You agree not to contest the authorization for, or validity or enforceability of, electronic records and electronic signatures, or the admissibility of copies thereof, under any applicable law relating to whether certain agreements, files, or electronic records are to be in writing or signed by you to be bound thereby. You will bear your own costs and expenses in conducting business electronically, and will undertake all steps necessary, including software, hardware, and other equipment upgrades and purchases, in order to be able to conduct business electronically.
No waiver by Cajun Gun Works of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Cajun Gun Works to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
We may assign our rights and delegate our duties under these Terms of Use at any time to any party without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or delegate your duties under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent. These Terms inure to the benefit of Cajun Gun Works’s successors and assigns.
The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Cajun Gun Works regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
The Services are operated by Cajun Gun Works, LLC, 197 Parkway Circle, West Monroe, LA 71292.
