Restrictions

Cajun Gun Works, LLC adheres to all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to firearms, firearm-related parts, accessories, and services.

California
 We do not sell firearms to California residents. Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped. In accordance with California Bill 1263, we are restricted from shipping our parts to customers with a California shipping/ or billing address effective 1/1/2026.

Colorado
We do not sell firearms to Colorado residents. Magazines over 15 rounds will not be shipped.

Connecticut
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.

Hawaii
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.

Illinois
No state-level restrictions.  Some local jurisdictions have enacted various magazine capacity restrictions.

Maryland
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.

Massachusetts
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.

New Jersey
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.

New York
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.  No handguns can be sold in NYC.

Vermont
Magazines over 15 rounds will not be shipped.

Washington, DC
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped.

Rhode Island
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped

Washington State
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped

Oregon
Magazines over 10 rounds will not be shipped

ATF Regulations

Cajun Gun Works, LLC adheres to the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives rules and regulations.  No new in box firearm will be shipped unless a current, valid Federal Firearms License is provided.   All persons must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun.
